As spring arrives on Hilton Head Island we are still waiting for the normal uptick of investor buyers we usually see. However this year remains a bit of an enigma, while rates are still at historic lows and the stock market is doing well, WE(meaning both the sellers, and the real estate community) frankly are not seeing the activity we all became too accustomed to in the past couple of years. Of course it's important everyone takes a breath and realizes those past few years have seen historic highs, and a little correction is necessary.
