Sean Ryan
Sean is one of those people who felt the powerful impact of the island at a young age. His family often vacationed here and he always looked forward to the trips. After graduating from Clemson University where he played football for two ACC Championship teams, he knew right where he wanted to be; Hilton Head. And he has never looked back. Sean is always making the most of every moment in this area. Whether it's playing golf, rugby or basketball, his competitive fire and energetic personality are always on display. And though he'll always love sports, his top priorty these days is the quality time he spends with his family. Sean enjoys every moment he shares with his wife, Colleen, and their children, Quinn and McKenzie Rose, from days at the beach to quiet evenings at home. He is also highly involved with the local Meals on Wheels program as both a volunteer driver and member of the Board of Directors. Sean prides himself on making an impact in the community he loves so much. Sean's desire to make a positive impact and love for the life style found on Hilton Head Island and throughout the surrounding mainland communities like Bluffton are his personal inspirations as one of the area's leading real estate prefessionals. Sherry Winter

Sherry Winter has always been known for her adundance of energy and positive outlook. Her reputation for hard work, sincerity, and above all, dedication, is demonstrated from her early morning workouts and participation in the dance community to taking an active role in the professional real estate community.
Sherry lives with a distinct enthusiasm to put her education, experiences, and energy to work for all of her clients. Sherry, a West Virginia native, moved to Hilton Head from the Washington DC metropolitan area in 1997. Her extensive government and corporate background experiences in customer service, management and contract negotiations have proven to be highly beneficial for both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.

Barbara Anne Weaver
Barbara Anne, more affectionately known as “B.A.” to her family and friends, is truly a Low country native. Born in Savannah, Ga. and raised in Ridgeland, she has spent her entire life enjoying the beaches, saltwater rivers, and marshes from Beaufort to Tybee Island where her family still owns the “back river” cottage her grandparents purchased in 1956.
Barbara Anne has been a resident of Hilton Head and Bluffton for the past 27 years and has seen first hand the rapid growth and changes to the area. She is committed to helping maintain the pristine beauty and water quality that she’s enjoyed since childhood. Barbara Anne has been fortunate to live on the May River since 1982 and takes advantage of all that it offers: boating, fishing, crabbing and just spending time with
family and friends on the sand bar. She also enjoys running, tennis, golf, kayaking and spending time at the beach as a “surf mom” watching and filming her husband and children catch waves. She is married to Rufus, who has been a self employed builder in Beaufort County since 1978. Daughter Casey is a freshman at College of Charleston, and son Conor is an eighth grader at H.E. McCracken middle school in Bluffton.
Barbara Anne attended Clemson University and graduated from Winthrop University with a B.S. in textile science. She has spent the last 3 decades working in the hospitality industry, sales, and accounting. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and is familiar with all the great amenities offered to us within a 50 mile radius. Barbara Anne is well known and respected through out the community as a highly motivated, hard working and giving individual.
